BE intentional with your time. Challenge yourself to wake up 30 minutes earlier. Instead of plugging in immediately, rather dedicate this 30 minutes to uninterrupted work on your passion.

Be intentional with your time…it is finite.

I recently came across Mel Robbins – a phenomenal motivational speaker who also happens to be from Michigan. Along the way she mentioned how important it is to be intentional with your time. This led me to think about how we can live more intentionally by being mindful of ourselves during the most awake and alive moment of the day – the first 30 minutes.

So I challenge you to wake up 30 minutes earlier than you already do and instead of plugging in immediately (as we all have programmed ourselves to do), rather dedicate a small amount of time to pure uninterrupted work towards your goals, dreams, and passions. Think of how you have been wanting your life to look like and began changing it in that direction by beginning with just 30 minutes of your day solely dedicated to building that dream life and making it a reality.

Leave a comment below – what will you do in the first 30?
